As far as Shabbos, it depends what area you live in. But, a great place to Daven is Rav Gissinger’s shul on Sunset Ave.
Most shuls in Lakewood are respectful of anyone who comes to daven there. I’ve davened in many different shuls throughout Lakewood, and have seen all types of people feeling comfortable davening there.
There are a lot of shuls that you might feel comfortable in, try a few out untill you like one.
