It wasn’t just Joseph. Recently, a lot of posters were trying to pry personal information out of other posters so we started cracking down. The basic rule is, don’t try to pry out personal information. Any questions or comments directed towards trying to “figure out” a blogger’s identity will not be approved. Posts that ask others to meet them at “Plonis” will not be approved. We understand that sometimes it is not done intentionally. Joseph asked another poster about their profession in response to another post which may or may not have given it away. Although others may be able to figure it out on their own based on the original post(s), we felt that asking directly “do you work in such and such” is not acceptable so we deleted the post and closed the thread to make the point that this was happening too often.
