Some students are not prepared sufficiently to take them in June, and some do not pass and must take them over, whether or not they take the summer classes. I went to summer school one year, having not passed the bio regents(though I did well int he class, otherwise
). I could have just taken the test over, but elected to go to summer school and re-learn the material. I discovered that my previous teacher really was AWFUL, because in just a few short weeks I had learned enough not only to pass, but to excel on the regents. I only lost one two-point multiple choice question, and it was a toss up between two choices(I chose the wrong sevara).Never OVERthink in Science.
