bein hasdorim: You are right. I do know which yeshivos I would not like the boy to be from and which ones are okay for me. But the whole checking out the specifics I leave to my very capable brothers-in-law. I don’t think boys know exactly which seminary they want the girl to be from. Or do they? I don’t know because I’m not a boy. But I would think they know something about seminary.
