1.Please clarify what you mean by MULTILINGUAL (Urdu, Talalog, Spanish, Polish, etc.). Yiddish and Hebrew are of no value in the real working world.

Sure. Dutch, Flemish, German, in addition to English, Hebrew, Yiddish (all fluent).

2.Please enlighten is this person willing to move out of town?

Its possible.

I also wanted to add, said person would consider a decent non-accounting job, with some growth potential.
