mazca – would you be willing to share your challah recipe? I love my bread machine challah recipe and it comes out unbelievable, as far as taste and being light & fluffy, but I have yet to find a “regular challah recipe” that I like that is not too sweet, too bland or too dense…?? (assuming it fits that criteria more or less?) TIA!
