I cannot understand what is not tzniusdig about it, as long as the skirt length is long enough. So many girls dress that way that nobody notices it really, and it is covering the legs. Having said that, if this bothers your husband, talk to him about it, find out WHY he feels it is immodest (does he really feel that way or does he think he OUGHT to feel that way – there is a big difference). Personally, I feel that in the wintertime this is a great way for women to dress, in order to keep warm. Men at least have pants.
