PY: The Rema and Shach in Hilchos Talmud Torah says you are allowed to live off tzedaka in order to learn. (Besides the fact that a Yissoschor-Zevulin relationship is NOT tzedakah anyways — its an equal partnership between the Yisoschor (i.e. Kollel learners) and Zevulin.)
