Plan ahead a decide that one day every 2 weeks will be your treat day – then it is easier do without the rest of the time. Buy yourself something really nice to wear in a size that is one size less than you now wear. When you have your fist significant loss and are down that first size, you will feel like a million bucks in your new clothing.
