a tuna bagel is someone who totally does not look chassidish, dresses in a cool way, haircut etc. someone who you would never be able to tell was chassidish but when he walks into a bagel store he asks for a tuna “beigel”. ie. he still has his VERY obvious chassidish “accent” although he’s covered everything else up.
