Ok but it sounds like you are trying to starve yourself if its to lose weight get on a normal diet. You can really screw up your metabolism with starvation. Starving yourself is unhealthy. Even if you arent a big eater you should still have some food at least 2x a day. Maybe try fruit for breakfast. Its what I do.
