What kind of statement is this?! How can you say lack of Kavanah? You or this Rabbi you asked knows how much Kavana people have? So your Rabbi paskened that nobody has Kavana? So why do we bother Davening at all?

I’m almost sure no such Aruch Hashulchan exists. Id go shopping for a new Rabbi…(one that has Kavana when he Davens)

The Rav I asked was paskening lmaaseh.
