Im not unhinged. Im just still trying to get over what kind of Rav or Posek would say that whats called Kavana today isnt Kavana and nobody has Kavana. It doesnt sound right at all. Besides that, psak has to be based on something.

Im sure if there were a VALID heter it would be mentioned in the many seforim on Hilchos Tefillah. Feel free to do as your Rav says.

I will do as I was told by the 2 Ravs I asked and the Sefarim that I used to look up the Halacha who all said exactly as those Rovs advised. I will tell anyone reading this to ask a competent Posek for what they should do lmaaseh as it comes up a few times a day.
