There’s a whole bunch of other things people do Kneged Halacha, just because a lot of people do something wrong doesn’t make it right. Because 99.9% of people talk Lashon Hora makes it mutar? The only reason I know any Halacha is because I make it my business to learn Halacha daily if we don’t learn Halacha how will we know anything?? Many people in fact most people learn daf yomi but how many learn and know Halacha? A very small % of the population.
