I dont know. But frankly I think its very rude to “bike ride” through a cemetery. I dont know if its a Jewish one or a non Jewish one, but regardless, the families likely dont appreciate it and anyone there at the grave of a loved one at the time of this recreational activity will likely be very bothered.
