I think the first thing you do is express your appreciation for someone thinking enough of you to want to redt a shidduch. If it truly is not shayach (and would it REALLY kill you to go out once?????) then say simply that there are a few people who have been asking you before this one, and you feel an obligation to see those through first. Hopefully after not too long a time, the girl or boy they are presenting will have met someone else.
