I can’t speak for all places, but ours has a digital lock, so if you need after hours access, its pretty easy to get. And your card can be set so the time-clock limits allow you in when it works for your secd. And most places have a back-up Bor.
As far as the 365, I suppose if it were really imperative, you could go motzio YK and TB.
But were that the case, you’d need a whole lot more than access to mikvah. A whole lot more.
