I remember in Shmulks they used to have the waiters wear those Chinese caps with a fake black hair braid coming out the back.
The funny thing was, only the Jewish waiters wore them, the Chinese waiters wouldn’t!
btw… I NEVER heard of any kashrus issues at Bernstein’s and EVERYONE ate there.
