I don’t think there’s a way in the world someone can console a parent who lost a child with just words. Showing Gemaras and saying how he must’ve had a Heilige Neshama etc. usually makes things worse. I would suggest to leave it up to the professionals at Misaskim and Chai Lifeline to do the job right.
