Whatever the technicalities are…in 2010,if a guy refuses to give his wife the “get” she legitimately begs for…she is called an agunah.As far as I know,no one has updated the term to a word more technically correct.(Suggestion: Almanah-WannaBe) I don’t say that to hurt real almanos Chas V’sholom,but to depict the suffering of the trapped victim.
