Nice Sam 5000IUs is generally the right amount for D3 for maintaining the bones in the Skeletal System for an adult, and 2000IUs for a child is about right from what I read. Make sure to also take Calcium and Magnesium and Fish Oil as well to help support bone health and well being. Make sure all Suplements are Kosher. Salmon and Herring are good fish choices to eat, providing they were not caught in water contaminated with Mercury and other toxic things.
