Reply To: Eggs In The Chulent

I cook the eggs & peel them before putting it into the chulent because somebody explained to me once that the shells are really “dirty” even though they look clean and all the dirt gets cooked into the chulent- if somebody can explain more I’d appreciate it, although from then on I just peel it before it enters the pot.
