when i was 10 i weighed 137 pounds…
at 15 i was 330…
so i started atkins but gained it all back….
so i went on the weight watchers point counting system and went down to 265..
then i started watching what i eat w/o counting and lost 15 lbs more….
now i watch wat i eat and i walk/run/jog alll the time and im down to 190
