aries- i know i know, i was just joking! Anyway a good tip- set yourself some small rules that you can stick to. Lets say for example dont eat after 8, or drink 8-10 cups of water daily. so if you went off on your diet but kept to this its still a score for you and then you wont feel so guilty. Good luck!!
