Lately, they have become less aggressive, for example if you say “I cannot commit right now but you can send me an envelope” it used to be that they would respond with “..so can I put you down for __”.. now they say “OK” and verify my address.
I did come up with an interesting idea. My first name can be kind of muslim sounding, so I can put on that kind of shpiel and see the reaction.
