ok: a few ppl hav disagreed with me on this.. so i have to get it out- it gets me so nervous when girls with very blond hair and eyebrows/lashes wear black eyeliner! i feel like it looks so unnatural and heavy for ther skin tone and hair, and a brown or softer color does wonders..
