Dunno

I’m a bit late, but I just read thru the “girl” threads… re: the color of your eyeliner-

I also have large eyes, light colored and am very conservative. You should realize that black eyeliner for such eyes is actually the least conservative… it is the most striking actually.

Why don’t you try a pewter/dark grey color. Try a low-end pharmacy brand to try and see how you look & feel with it on…

When using COLOR as opposed to black, you should use pencil (not gel or liquid) because it will blend with your eye & lashes much more nicely and affords a more beautiful and polished look- it is less sharp but much more enhancing, sometimes even achieves that ‘glow’.

Using a dark grey, with well blended, soft eyeshadow (I only put in the corner of my eyes) + a good mascara (not clumpy) is really pretty with just enough umph (not humdrum, but not too attracting either- simply beautiful & pleasing to look at).

Don’t be afraid to try it- it’s so much fun… play around with the colors, you’ll begin to appreciate what you can really do with your features… just don’t apply it too thick!

And btw- what that guy in the other thread suggested- navy blue- is actually a great idea (but make sure its smooth pencil- not too sharp).

PPS- I have a friend who wears a stunning moss green eyeliner, you can not tell its that color, it just enhances her eyes so beautifully… it looks almost light grey. She wears just a bit of mascara. The effect is stunning.
