The Misrad HaKlita Voucher Program which subsidizes vocational retraining for Olim has been reinstated as of Feb. 1, 2011! The Vouchers will cover up to 80% of the cost of the course or up to 7,000 NIS and eligibility for the program is to be determined by a Misrad HaKlita employment counsellor. Go to your Misrad ha Klita for more information.This requires pre-approval.
