My friend’s family will never turn down a chessed project. Be it a party, going to a ger/BT’s wedding (where there are few attendees), they would do ANYTHING for their fellow Jew! (Her mother won’t pick up her clothing she sent to the cleaners even if they provide delivery cuz, “I’ve got a car too. Why take advantage of others?)
