i think it comes from a mishna in yuma that says there is no diff btwn adar aleph and beis (including purim katan) except shaloch monos megillah and matanos leevyonim
so tefillah and getting drunk are the same!!!!!!!
its also a mishneh in megillah
and it doesnt say mishloach manos
