Dress like you always do. This is 20 years ago, but I (male) was always told to dress as if I was going to shul on shabbos.
Just an aside, unless the guys has 1)sisters into these things and 2)telling what and how to look out for it, I doubt the average yeshiva guy knows Coach flats from a Coach bus.
