Reply To: No Women On The Seruv List?

There is a case I know of where the husband went out of his way to give the Get as needed. However, he has not been able to get a civil divorce for over 10 years because she has been fighting him all along in court. When you add to this the fact that she is the one that wanted the divorce, it is really outrageous. She deserves the the actions that Cedarhurst above mentioned.
