I think that Manwich sauce is the best. Just take ground beef, brown it a bit (make sure to keep stirring and breaking it up), and when it’s about a third of the way cooked, pour in the Manwich sauce. Let it simmer for a while, and voila! it’s done! Whether you want it on a sandwich, plain, or over rice or some other thing is up to you.
