I’m not judging about this particular case but speaking in general. The fastest way for good relations bet. landlord and tenant to deteriorate is when the tenant is in the landlord’s face every Second (or Third) day kvetching about relatively minor repairs. If the tenant is not handy, he can hire someone to do the repair. Rather than bug the landlord.
