why are you guys criticizing feif on – this is the minhag for this city. if the woman wants to collect in that city, this is what she has to do and then she won’t have any problems. if people don’t follow the rules, the whole system of that city can break down. obviously, the system is there to help people give tzedakah to only legitimate causes.
