I have no problem posting a halachic shaila and discussing it; if you’ve noticed, I’ve been involved in halachic discussions here. It’s not a
contradiction to the idea of following your rov’s psak for halacha l’meisah.
I actually think it’s dangerous to post your rov’s p’sak if anyone would take it at face value; anyone can post anything here, and even if the poster is honest, a p’sak may not be understood or applied correctly. (That was in response to I might have reacted differently if I came upon such a situation had you not told us what your Rav said
This particular shaila requires knowledge of many details to arrive at an answer, so if I had had the shaila, I don’t know if I would post my rov’s answer unless I understood which exact factors were important for his answer.
It’s also the type of shaila for which someone could offer advice, such as how to approach the boss in a non confrontational manner to discuss it.
That having been said, I really didn’t take strong issue with your comment, I meant it as a humorous comment.
