You might feel it, but most don’t treat till it’s <50.
I don’t understand why you feel you have to walk around with a BG of 50 to achieve lower A1c’s. If you avg. a BG of 60 that’s equal to 5% A1c. 6% will equal to an avg. of 90 BG -this is very attainable.
