Butternut Squash Pie
2 pie crusts, let them defrost
Then combine:
2 defrosted boxes of butternut squash
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
5 beaten eggs
1/4 cup oil
1/2 cup of pareve milk (coffee rich or soy milk)
Put mixture into two pie crust, sprinkle with cinn. on top.
BAKE at 350 for one hour, this is absolutely yummy.
