Here is my version of Givperf’s pineapple kugel.
I get two kugels from the recipe.
It tastes and looks just like a cheesecake. Yum!
I have the exact same ingredients, but I drain and blend the pineapple for a better texture. The batter I pour into 2 ready round pie crusts and when it’s baked I top them with Cherry pie filling which is really optional.
