I am an occupational therapist. Unfortunately I do not enjoy the work. It consists of taking people to the bathroom, dressing, bathing and feeding them. Maybe for another person it is ok, but to me it is quite depressing. The work is usually in a nursing home and you work with extremely sick people and are required to see them for as many minutes as their insurance or medicare will allow. I wish I had chosen a different field.
