Reply To: Please Help Avert This Crisis

According to my understanding, only the budget cuts were advanced as legislature. The restructuring of EI sessions and reimbursement methodology the the state EI program is a proposed rule change by the Department of Health. The rule change was published on April 13th and data, views, comments and public comments are accepted until 45 days thereafter.

If someone more knowledgeable about NYS state law can confirm or dispute this, I would greatly appreciate it.
