I was onced visiting my Grandparents in BP and on the way home my then 8 year old decided he needs the bathroom, So I stoped at (-) {one of the major minyen factories} and it was already after 3pm with a shul full of people in talis & tefilin, so my son asked me “Tati, do they have the minhag in (-) to daven minchah in a talis?”…….
