maybe someone here can help me out! i am not overweight at all (baruch Hashem times a million!), which is why i am not motivated at all to start eating less of what i do eat, and to start eating healthier. i must admit my hips and my thighs (and bottom) are what i want to lose weight in, and they are not big, i don’t give off a big look at all, but some things i wear would look better if i would lose a little. i am a very big fleishig person, i would eat it breakfast lunch and supper and for snack in between if i could! my milchig meals consist of pizza and pizza and pizza and very rarely mac and cheese. i recently stopped red meats, just for cholesterol reasons (B”H i don’t have bad levels, i just wanted to prevent it) any ideas how to get myself motivated?
