In fact one of the links you posted maintains that the standard for a 30 micron rated filter would remove 85% of particles over 30 microns and leave in 15% of the bugs. If this is your only source it only proves that Rav Cohen holds the size is much larger than 30 microns. In any event the 14 micron wide anisakis are even smaller then the size you attributed to Rav Cohen.
