Torah Vodaas is a mix between Litvish and Chassidish. When RAv a av Shraga Feivel founded the yeshiva he didn’t want it to be leaned towards either way. So in some ways it is litvish and in some ways chasidish. But it only attracts the heimeshe litvish crowd not the chassidish.
