On Shavuos I’m almost ecstatic with joy and gratefulness to Hashem. This is all the more reason to appreciate BTs and gerim who sacrificed so much to be where I am.

BSD, we FFBs have our share of nisyonos, doubts, and decisions to make. Suffering from an abusive, frum parent, I seriously doubted the truth of Torah. If not for my other parent, who knows where I’d end up… But I searched for the truth and I found it B”H, mainly through books by R’ Avigdor Miller, Uri Zohar, Akiva Tatz, etc. So yes, we can, on our own level, make a conscious decision of Naaseh Venishma.
