OK, SO NOW HOW DO I TELL HIM THAT I WANNA LEAVE???
Firstly, don’t shout.
Secondly, go into his office, and explain, calmly and rationally, that you need a paycheck. Normal ethics would say that you should give two weeks’ notice, but in this instance, I think leaving without that is justified.
Tell him that you are leaving because (a) you’re not getting paid and (b) you don’t see any changes on the immediate horizon. In addition, tell him that you are not relinquishing any rights to any monies you are already owed and that if you don’t see payment by (pick a reasonable date), you will be taking him to bais din and/or secular court. Then you leave.
That’s all there is to it. If he’s not paying you, he’s already broken the cardinal tenet of employment. You don’t owe him any consideration beyond civility.
