Sorry to be blunt, but as long as they are comfortable and successful in their new life, there is little chance of them coming back. However, the second anything goes slightly wrong, little seeds of doubt start to spread in their mind and many times they end up returning to Judaism at that point. The only thing to do is remain cordial and friendly with them. Hopefully they will return. It may take a long time, but be patient and let matters run their natural course.
