Completely disagree. A Jewess is either a Niddah or Eishes Ish, making action with her subject to Kares. A Non-jew is neither, and only a Dirabannan according to the Rambam (depending on the Machlokes Rishonim as per what is Lo’ Tischanen, see Keddushin 68B and Tos. there). As such, Jewish males are probably more interested in non-Jewesses (there are some interesting quotes regarding this concept, but I will omit them here).
