Yossi, there are 2 Beach 12th’s. Beach 11th is off the Beach 12th that is NOT by Neilson. Actually, it’s off Plainview and Seagirt but rt near the 2nd Beach 12th.
Here’s the issue. I’m assuming that the landlord is asking more than that since he just upped all the rents on the block by a pretty penny.
I don’t have his number but I’ll give you his name. He lives in Brooklyn if that helps at all, his name is Rabbi Jacob Savitsky.
Another drawback is that he eventually wants to sell the entire block but he’s having trouble selling the one house he put up for sale. This is a drawback because all of the people living on the block don’t know what their fate is; whether he will evict them in 2 months or 2 years is the question.
